By accessing or using the Passport Pals website at passportpals.co, downloading any of our free products, or purchasing any paid products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Passport Pals offers digital printable products including:
All products are delivered as PDF files intended for personal, at-home printing. No physical products are shipped.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Upon successful purchase, your PDF file(s) will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Free journal downloads are delivered to the email address submitted via the download form on our homepage, via our email provider Mailchimp.
Having trouble with your download? Email us at info@thepassportpal.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
You are responsible for printing your downloaded files. We recommend printing on standard 8.5" x 11" (US Letter) paper. We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from your printer, paper, or print settings.

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or delivered.
However, we genuinely want you to be happy! If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a delivery failure, or a product that is significantly different from what was described — please contact us and we will make it right.
We handle refund and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and always aim to find a fair solution.

All Passport Pals products, designs, graphics, text, prompts, and content are the intellectual property of Katie Farnham / Passport Pals and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for personal use only. You do not acquire ownership of the designs or any intellectual property rights.

Passport Pals journal content is designed for entertainment and memory-keeping purposes. We make no claims about educational outcomes or specific results from using our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Pals and Katie Farnham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
